New Zealand Post customers in Henderson are able to experience the new PostShop Kiwibank interior design with the re-development of the Henderson PostShop at the Westfield Mall in Henderson.

The Henderson PostShop Kiwibank is the country's largest franchise PostShop Kiwibank and has recently changed ownership in addition to showcasing new design.

Group Retail Manager Michelle van Gaalen said the new-look PostShop Kiwibank is part of New Zealand Post's ongoing commitment to meet the needs of customers, both now and in the future.

"We are very lucky to have franchisees of the calibre of Mike and Jacqui Ah Koy who are enjoying their new business and hope to meet many new Henderson customers," said Ms van Gaalen.

Mr Ah Koy said he is excited to be part of this fantastic phase in New Zealand Post’s history which is focused on the growth and development of Kiwibank as well as providing customers with outstanding service.

Ms van Gaalen says the Henderson PostShop is one of only a handful to feature the new interior which has been designed with our customers in mind to provide an easier, more efficient and pleasant shopping experience.

"The PostShop interior has been designed by Kiwis and built by Kiwis and will eventually be rolled out to all PostShops in the retail network.

"Over 40 companies have been involved in the new store design and fit out and each needed to be mindful of producing an interior that was hardwearing with an emphasis on sustainability.

"As the roll out occurs stores will be assessed to ensure energy savings and processes will be put in place to minimise waste.  We have also ensured our procurement process meets sustainability guidelines through such things as the selection of furniture," said Ms van Gaalen.
