Our aims

New Zealand Post Group has been an integral part of New Zealand communities since 1840, offering services that help New Zealand run, and we are proud of the contribution we make, both through our business and our support of initiatives that build our communities.

We manage an extensive portfolio of sponsorships, and invest funding and expertise into activities that help build New Zealand's future. Our partnerships with other committed organisations are an important part of our approach.

The central aims of our sponsorship programme are to:

• Support New Zealand communities, celebrating our unique New Zealand-ness and cultural diversity; and
• Support literacy in New Zealand through reading and writing skills, supporting New Zealand writers and the industry, and being an active part of public debate and discussion.

In addition to this, businesses within the Group also support community initiatives that align with their own objectives and goals.
