Statement of Accuracy (SOA)

SOA certificates are issued by SendRight certified Data Solution Providers and are a measurement of how clean and accurate your mailing database is, matched against the New Zealand Post Postal Address File (PAF).

Envelope layout standards (ELS)

Describe how the envelope design needs to be laid out for domestic mail.

Address layout standards (ALS)

Describe the way the delivery address needs to be formatted and laid out.

Statement of Posting (SOP)

The form you fill in when lodging mail. No lodgement will be processed without a Statement of Posting.

Trayed

Mail put in a New Zealand Post-provided tray (domestic).

Faced

Delivery address should face the front of the tray.

Labelled

Each tray needs to be labelled so New Zealand Post knows which postcodes it contains. Your mailhouse will complete this.
