How can I track and confirm the delivery of a Parcel?

Parcels can only be tracked using our ParcelPost Tracked or Ready to Go services.

To track and confirm delivery of your parcel

  • enter the unique parcel tracking number* into our online Tracking tool OR
  • phone our Customer Service Centre on 0800 501 501

*you will find it on your receipt or customer copy of the parcel tracking ticket

Please note: Standard Post, FastPost, SendRight, ParcelPost Fast and ParcelPost PO Box Priority do not offer a tracking facility.
