Origami for beginners:

1. Follow the instructions, step by step. There are no shortcuts when it comes to origami, so look at the pictures closely to make sure you are on track.
2. Make sure your 'folds' are neat and tidy. Make sure you flatten the edges of your paper with every fold, to ensure your creases hold their shape.
3. Take your time. Origami is meant to be a relaxing pastime. Start out with the easier designs, and work your way up to the trickier insects once you’ve got the hang of it. You’ll be an expert in no time.
