Community Post

New Zealand Post is always looking for better, more successful ways to help communities throughout New Zealand. That’s why we’re improving our support of the not-for-profit sector by making some changes to what we offer. It’s all about providing your organisation with valuable tools that help you help our communities.

Congratulations to this years successful recipients of Community Post

Community Post is pleased to have donated postage-included envelopes and services to over 2780 organisations this year. Find out which organisations were successful. Should you wish to find out more about Community Post for 2013 please register your interest.

What is Community Post?

Community Post is the cornerstone sponsorship for New Zealand Post. We donate postage-included envelopes and other New Zealand Post Group services to not-for-profit organisations for use with projects and activities that align with our community investment themes.

How has Community Post changed in 2012?

If you're a National Organisation (or have multiple branches which cover most of New Zealand)

New Zealand Post has introduced a broader offering that will help you achieve more.

National Organisations can now apply for DLE, C4 & C5 postage-included envelopes.

You can also apply for one of the following:

or

As a National Organisation you need to decide whether to apply as one organisation (on behalf of all your regional branches) and take advantage of the additional offers discussed above. If you do, you will need to advise your regional branches that they can no longer apply individually. See the Plunket and Melanoma Foundation case studies for examples of this change for National Organisations.

Community Post toolkit

Our Community Post toolkit contains an advertisement and copy for you to use to help share the changes with your branches.

If you're a local/regional organisation (not part of a national organisation)

You can apply for up to 500 DLE postage-included envelopes.
