Community Post Regions
Community Post focuses on the needs of a region. Based on population size, there are 16 Community Post regions across New Zealand.
When you apply for Community Post Postage Included Envelopes, specify the region your organisation serves from the map and table below.
The allocation of envelopes for each of the 16 regions is based on population, calculated by Statistics New Zealand. Where demand is high, priority will be given to those organisations who can demonstrate how their project will deliver specific benefits to the community to meet a current need in the region.
We encourage larger/national organisations to combine regional applications into one centrally run application. Organisations with regional offices should decide whether they are applying as a national organisation or regionally. They cannot do both.
We only allow one application per organisation in each region so you are advised to combine the details of your projects on the one application form.
