The International Postal Corporation represents postal services from the world's major countries and has a strong focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability. New Zealand Post Group is an active participant in the International Postal Corporation Environmental Sustainability Working Group.

Business in the Community administers an international survey on corporate responsibility and then ranks companies against international benchmarks. New Zealand Post has publicly reported its participation in the survey.

Universal Postal Union (UPU)

The UPU is the primary forum for cooperation between postal sector players. It ensures a  universal network of up-to-date products and services, sets the rules for international mail exchanges and makes recommendations to stimulate growth in mail, parcel and financial services volumes to improve quality of service for customers.

We are one of the founding members and active participant in the Sustainable Business Forum (SBF) which was set up by the Business New Zealand Major Companies Group (MCG) which helps ensure that New Zealand’s largest companies are heard in policy, business and economic debate.
