Technical requirements

To operate RedClick you need to make sure your computer has the following:

Operating system

PC - Windows 98/NT/2000/XP
Mac - OS X

Cookies enabled

Cookies need to be enabled on your system. To check if cookies are enabled:

  • open a webpage

  • access your internet browser’s help (F1)

  • search using “cookies” as the key word

  • follow the instructions provided to check your cookie settings

Java installed
(version 1.4 or later)

Check if you have Java installed or download the latest version on the Java website

Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) installed
(version 6.0+)

Adobe is required for RedClick to generate export invoices. Get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader

Printer requirements

You need to use a laser printer with a high print quality to ensure our mail and courier scanners can read barcodes on printed labels. We recommend a print quality of 203 DPI.
