When sending bulk business mail, your items must comply with our layout standards to ensure they are processed with maximum efficiency.
Machinable mail
Our Envelope Layout Standards for machineable mail (PDF - 392kb) are for VolumePost 1, VolumePost 3, Business Standard and Approved FreePost items.
We’ve recently made changes to our maximum weight and minimum delivery address font size for VolumePost 1 and VolumePost 3. These changes can be viewed here.
Manually-sorted Bulk Mail
Our Envelope Layout Standards for manually sorted Bulk Mail (PDF - 141kb) are for GoFlexible, Business Flexible and PrintPost items.
