Envelope overprinting
With our envelope overprinting service you can customise your envelopes with your business logo, address details, website or other text or images.
There are discounts for large volumes and no minimum order. We’ll provide a a free no obligation proof so you know exactly what the finished envelope will look like before going to print.
We’ll deliver your envelopes within 10 working days of you approving the designed concept.
Economy or premium
Choose economy if you are cost-conscious or if you change envelope designs frequently. Premium is perfect if your business requires a higher quality print finish.

Prices
The price to overprint an envelope is based on whether you choose economy or premium, the number of envelopes and the number of colours.
When printing paper Postage Included Envelopes, remember to include the cost of the envelopes. Paper Postage Included Envelopes + envelope overprinting cost = total cost.

Things you need to know
- You can also use envelope overprinting to print your PermitPost and FreePost envelopes
- The set-up fee (covering printing plates and administration) is applicable for any new design or changes to an existing design or envelope type, eg. changing from DLE to C4 envelopes
- When determining printing costs, each envelope type is priced separately
