Find out the international calling rates, access codes and surcharge rates when calling overseas and into New Zealand with the Good Call calling card.
To start using Good Call:
- dial the access number 014 46 (free from a landline, $0.45 surcharge per minute from a payphone or mobile),
- enter the PIN on the back of your calling card followed by the # key and
- follow the voice prompts.
If you'd like to make more than one call simply hold the line while the other person hangs up. For national calls dial the city code + phone number.
Calling overseas from New Zealand
To call overseas from New Zealand with Good Call, follow the above steps then dial 00 + country code + city code + phone number. You will be charged the standard rate per minute depending on the country you are calling.

Rates shown in $NZ per minute and based on local access area numbers or 0800 number calling.
If no Mobile breakout is given for a country in the rates table below then calls to a Mobile in that country are charged at the same rate.
Normal service provider charges apply to local access number calls made from mobiles and payphones.
Normal service provider charges apply to all calls made from Satellite Mobile phones.
Calls to Satellite mobiles, mobiles & special numbers are charged at higher rates or may be blocked.
A surcharge applies for calls using the 015 convenience calling number - 11.25c per minute from landlines, 45c per minute from mobiles and payphones.

Card expires 6 months from first use/or last recharge.
All calls billed in periods of 60 seconds and final call charges rounded up to the nearest cent.
