Why have we changed?
We’ve had feedback that our old range was hard to use so we have streamlined our packaging and sending options. We trialled this new range in our Marlborough stores first and now we’ve rolled it out nationwide.

Based on customer feedback we have simplified our sending range, while also maintaining the wide range of sending options you need as a trader/small business.
Tip for when you’re listing items on Trade Me
You can use our Rate Finder to see what the shipping costs are. Put the weight and dimensions of your item into the Rate Finder along with your sending from address. Leave the delivery address blank and the Rate Finder will return all the relevant services you can use to send your item.
