How to search

You search in two different ways - by typing a location in the 'Search by location' field or by selecting your location on the map.

Start by typing your address into the 'Search by location' field (or for a broader search, select your location on the map and you will jump to the results for the nearest locations in the region you selected).

A drop down box will appear with suggestions for your address. If your address is in the drop down box, select the address using your keyboard arrow keys or your mouse and then select Go (or press Enter on your keyboard).

If your address is not in the drop down box, continue typing your address (or as much of the address you know) and select Go (or press Enter on your keyboard).

Using the map

The five closest PostShop stores to your location will be displayed on the map and also in the grey box to the right of the map under 'Nearest locations'. When you roll over each location on the map you can then click the icons to find opening hours and contact details for a specific PostShop.

From here you can also select a different PostShop, or click 'Switch to street view' above the map to the left which will display the street as if you were there in person.

You can change the map view to 'Map', 'Satelitte', 'Hybrid', or 'Terrain' by selecting this in the top right hand corner of the map. You can also zoom in and out of the map by using the '+' and '-' buttons in the top left hand corner.

If you cannot find the PostShop you are after, start panning the map (click on the map and hold down the left hand mouse key) to find other branches. Otherwise, click 'Reset' and type another address in the 'Search by location' field above the map.

If you wish to search for a Kiwibank, Kiwibank ATM or Box Lobby use the ‘Display by’ directly below the map and click the relevant icon to display only these locations on the map.
