Tracking within New Zealand

Find out at what points we track your item from lodgement to delivery when sending a tracked item within New Zealand.

Tracking means you may track the progress of your item with our online Tracking tool using the unique barcode. Our sending services within New Zealand that provide tracking are:

We will endeavour to track your item at the following points:

  1. If your item is lodged at a PostShop we will scan it when we receive it. Post Centres and Rural Delivery drivers may not be able to provide an acceptance scan.
  2. In the unlikely event that your item is misdirected, we will scan it at that destination and then forward it to the correct destination.
  3. When we are about to deliver your item we will scan it at our depot.
  4. Upon the safe delivery of your item it will receive a final scan.
