Changes to our Mail Redirection and Hold services rates from 5 September 2023
At NZ Post we’re committed to providing you with market-leading, sustainable services both now and into the future.
Whilst we have worked hard to maintain the current pricing of our Mail Redirection and Hold services, increases in costs and significant declines in mail volume mean this is no longer sustainable.
Please note, our 30% discount will still be available for all requests submitted online.
Mail Redirection services
From 5 September 2023, the following price increases will apply to Mail Redirection services both within NZ and overseas.
