NZ Post – Parcel Collect Win A Trip Competition –Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to New Zealand residents. Employees of New Zealand Post Limited (NZ Post/Promoter), its related companies, employees, contractors and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  2. The competition runs from 12:01am on 11 August 2017 to 11.59pm on 2 September 2017 (“Competition Period”).
  3. To be eligible for this competition, you must sign up for Parcel Collect for the first time during the Competition Period. NZ Post will take no responsibility for late entries. NZ Post customers who have already signed up to Parcel Collect before the Competition Period are not eligible.
  4. To enter, you must sign up for Parcel Collect via the NZ Post website.
    • Register for an NZ Post Account (or sign into your account if you already have one).
    • Confirm your account by clicking the confirmation link in the email you receive from NZ Post.
    • You will then need to choose one or more Parcel Collect locations and add them as your chosen delivery addresses.
    • Once this is complete, you will automatically get one entry into the competition.
  1. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries are not accepted.
  2. There is 1 prize comprising of a trip to The Block NZ Live Auction held on 17 September 2017 in Auckland for the winner and one additional person of their choice. The prize includes return flights to Auckland for two people (if required), accommodation for two nights, return airport transfers (if required), return transfers to and from the accommodation to The Block NZ Live Auction (if required) (all other expenses are excluded) plus  a $250 loaded Prezzy® card.   3. The winner of the competition will be drawn on 4 September 2017 and will be notified via email. NZ Post will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but if the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the prize being drawn, the prize will be redrawn.
  4. The winner must be able to travel to Auckland on the confirmed date to be provided, otherwise they will forfeit the Auction Prize and NZ Post will redraw a winner.
  5. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that his or her name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes by NZ Post, including but not limited to being displayed on the NZ Post’s various social media channels.
  6. Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  7. NZ Post, its related companies, contractors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs and expenses) suffered or sustained in connection with the competition and/or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  8. The competition and these terms and conditions are subject to, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
