Regionally Enhanced Delivery File

If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to cleanse your database, the Regionally Enhanced Delivery File (RED File) offers many of the benefits of the Postal Address File (PAF), without the need to license the full list.

The RED File provides a snapshot of addresses at the time of a PAF cycle (March, June, September and December). It enables you to do a one-off cleanse of your database without the need for a full ongoing licence for the PAF.

In addition, local authority and regional council data attached to each address is available on request – this data is not available in the full PAF.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.

Payment can be made on your NZ Post Account.

Data will be supplied as a .txt file via email, disk or SFTP within four working days.
