Ticket guide

Use our ticket table to find out which tickets to use, and how many you need.

Step 1. Weigh & measure your parcel

Find your parcel's actual and volumetric weight. The GREATER of the two will be the weight you should use when using our ticket table. The volumetric weight can be calculated using the equation below.

Volumetric weight = height (m) x width (m) x length (m) x 200

You can send up to 25 kg or up to 1.5 meters in length.

Step 2. Find the right ticket colour

View our region maps to find the ticket colour you'll need.
