Delivery of YouShop parcels

Once your parcel is dispatched from one of our warehouses it will take on average 4-6 days for our standard product and 6-9 days for our economy product to arrive in New Zealand from the USA.

When it has landed in New Zealand and arrived at our International Mail Centre you will receive a notification. We will then hand your parcel to New Zealand Customs for processing.

If your parcel has no customs taxes or duties owing, and is not otherwise detained by Customs, it will be handed to CourierPost and you should expect it to be delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday). Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.

Tracking

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse you can see delivery progress on our Tracking tool using the NZ tracking number we’ve emailed to you or via your YouShop account.

We show an estimated delivery window so you'll know when it should arrive (not including the time taken to clear Customs).

Parcel Redirect

Delivery details for a parcel can be changed up until 6pm on the day that your parcel clears New Zealand Customs. At this point you will receive an email with a link to redirect your parcel to an alternative location of your choosing.
