Delivery of YouShop parcels

Once you have paid for shipping your parcel(s) will take an average of 4-6 days (with our Standard service) or 6-8 days (with our Economy service) from the USA and 5-7 days from the UK to arrive in New Zealand.

Once your parcel arrives in New Zealand and has been processed at our facility you will receive a further notification.

We will then hand your parcel to New Zealand Customs for processing.

If your parcel has no customs taxes or duties owing, and is not otherwise detained by Customs, it will be handed to CourierPost and you should expect it to be delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday). Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.

Tracking

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse you can see delivery progress on our Tracking tool using the NZ tracking number we’ve emailed to you or via your YouShop account.

We show an estimated delivery window so you'll know when it should arrive (not including the time taken to clear Customs).

Parcel Redirect

Delivery details for a parcel can be changed up until 6pm on the day that your parcel clears New Zealand Customs. At this point you will receive an email with a link to redirect your parcel to an alternative location of your choosing.

Parcel Collect

Instead of sending a parcel to your work or home address, you can now opt to send it to a nearby parcel collection point in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch for collection.

It’s easy, all you need to do is select a Parcel Collect point as your New Zealand delivery address.

To use this service, simply:

  1. Sign into your YouShop account and select the ‘At the warehouse’ tab
  2. Click on the parcel you want delivered to a Parcel Collect point
  3. Click ‘Update Delivery Details’ and select ‘Edit Delivery Details’
  4. Select a location for pick up
  5. Type in street address, city or location
  6. Select your preferred Parcel Collect point as your New Zealand delivery address
  7. Click ‘Save Delivery Option’.

An email will be sent to you when your parcel is ready to be collected from your chosen location. Parcels are held at your chosen Parcel Collect location for up to 10 days.

Damaged items or wrong parcel

If your item arrives damaged, or you have received someone else's parcel, please contact our National Contact Centre.
