Unplanned aircraft maintenance has caused some disruptions on Wednesday 28 October. Delivery delays may occur for parcels travelling between the North and South Island, particularly for deliveries outside Christchurch, and north of Auckland. Please allow an additional 1 working day for delivery.
This information will be updated as circumstances change, which will not necessarily be daily.

Courier parcels: For delivery before a Monday public holiday, all Courier parcels sent on Friday must have a Saturday delivery label applied. If a Saturday delivery label isn’t applied, delivery won’t be attempted until Tuesday, after the public holiday.
Courier Economy parcels: Inter-island Economy parcels will be targeted for delivery 2 – 3 working days after collection.
PO Box lobbies:PO Box lobbies will be closed on Monday 2 November.
Perishable goods: For delivery before a Monday public holiday*, all Perishables sent on Friday must have a Saturday delivery label applied. If a Saturday delivery label isn’t applied, delivery won’t be attempted until Tuesday, after the public holiday. *Where Saturday delivery is available.
Delivery Target: Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. For the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which an item is accepted by us is day zero. If you post an item or hand it over the counter in a NZ Post store after that day’s final clearance, or on a Saturday or Sunday, day zero will be the next working day.
