Courier parcels and mail

Last updated: 3:30pm, 7 July.

Due to the Red Heavy Rain Warning and severe weather in Marlborough and Canterbury, mail and parcel deliveries in Kaikōura and Hanmer have been suspended, as conditions have made it unsafe to carry out deliveries. Deliveries in and out of Blenheim have been suspended due to the closure of SH1. Please expect delays of 1–2 working days.

Flooding and adverse weather are also impacting deliveries in some areas in and around Dunedin, Timaru, Oamaru, and Central Otago. Deliveries in these areas will continue where it is safe to do so, please expect minor delays to both mail and parcel deliveries across these areas.

This information will be updated as circumstances change, which will not necessarily be daily.
