Tracking Notification API

Ask us to watch a parcel for you and we'll tell you when it changes status.

Using our Tracking Notification API you can ask us to tell you when a parcel changes status.

You can choose to be notified in two ways:

  • Webhook - we will tell your application (you handle everything else yourself)
  • Email - we send an email directly to your customers.

Status updates will be provided for parcels sent with both New Zealand Post and CourierPost.
