A letter or document includes postcards, aerogrammes and any paper based written or printed document that can fit into an envelope. Please note there are maximum weights and dimensions depending on the service selected.
Parcels
A parcel or merchandise is an item that is larger or heavier than a letter but lighter than 30kg.
Items heavier than 30kg are considered freight. If your item is heavier than 30kg please phone our Customer Service Centre on 0800 501 501 to discuss international freight options.
