International Air

International Air is a fast and affordable way to send your parcels overseas.

International Air has a three to ten day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.

The required postage is based on the weight of the parcel and charged in 10g increments, so you only pay for what it weighs. The minimum charge for International Air parcels is 100g.

Sending by International Air

To send your parcel by International Air you need to have:

  • a green Customs declaration (OS008a), listing each item and its value and attached to your parcel (for parcels up to 2kg)
  • a red consignment note (OS007), listing each item and its commercial value in the space provided (for parcels over 2kg)
  • an Export Invoice (NCPI025) or a copy of the commercial invoice attached to the outside of the parcel if your parcel is being sent as part of a commercial transaction.
