To set up your Redirection for a household, individual or Senior Citizen online you need:

To set up your Redirection at your local PostShop you need:

  • A completed redirection form available at your local PostShop
  • Proof of identity – Passport, New Zealand Drivers Licence, HANZ 18+ Card, SuperGold Card or Community Services Card
  • If you are arranging a business redirection, you should also bring a letter of authorisation on business letterhead.

Then visit your local PostShop to complete your Redirection. Apply at least three working days before you want your Redirection to begin.
