1. Create a My NZ Post Business account
My NZ Post Business is a free tool to help you manage your business shipping online. Access great commercial rates and pay as you send with a credit or debit card.
2. Integrate with eShip via My NZ Post Business
eShip, our cloud-based shipping app, is perfect for eCommerce businesses. It’s designed to support larger shipping volumes and offers simplified customer order fulfilment, and integrates with major eCommerce platforms.Read more about eShip.

3. Use eShip to integrate with your eCommerce platforms
Through eShip you can integrate with major eCommerce platforms to make order fulfillment even easier.

4. Create shipping labels and notify your customers
Once your account is created and your integrations if you choose to use them are complete, it's easy to create your shipping labels.
A full pricing guide can be found within your My NZ Post Business portal. Click 'Send' in the main menu, then 'Pricing guide'.
You can also find a price for a specific parcel by clicking 'Send' and entering the parcel's details. All available service options and prices will be shown.
Log in to your My NZ Post Business account, then click 'Send' in the main menu or 'Send a parcel' on your dashboard. From there you can follow the step-by-step instructions to create your shipping label.
From your eShip dashboard, click 'Create order' and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Your customers will automatically get Parcel Notifications when they use our Courier services.
If they have an NZ Post account or use our mobile app, they can opt in and out of receiving notifications to suit them.
5. Book a pickup for your parcels
Parcels ready to go? You can book parcel collection online through your My NZ Post Business account.
Sign in to your My NZ Post Business account.
The fastest way to send a parcel with a shipping label you created within My NZ Post Business or eShip is to click 'Send' in the main menu, then 'Book a pickup'. All the details for these parcels, including the delivery address, will be stored here. Select the parcel or parcels you would like to send, and then follow the step-by-step instructions.
For any other parcels, or parcels you still need to make a shipping label for, click 'Send a parcel' on your dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions.
The only way to book a pickup for parcels with shipping labels created in eShip is through your My NZ Post Business portal.
First, sign in to your My NZ Post Business account.
The fastest way to send a parcel with a shipping label you created within eShip is to click 'Send' in the main menu, then 'Book a pickup'. All the details for these parcels will be stored here. Select the parcel or parcels you would like to send, and then follow the step-by-step instructions.
For any other parcels, or parcels you still need to make a shipping label for, click 'Send a parcel' on your dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions.
6. View your payments and invoices
With My NZ Post Business you pay as you send using the credit or debit card, or cards, you have saved in your account.
When you create a shipping label a 'hold' will be placed on your card to confirm funds are available. Your card won't actually be charged until your parcel or parcels enter our network, which occurs when your parcel is collected by our Courier driver or when it reaches one of our depots.
If you create a shipping label but don't use it, the hold on funds will be released after seven days.
Sign in to your My NZ Post Business account. Select 'My account' in the main menu, and then 'Payment history'.
