Expecting a delivery?
Whether you're ordering gifts for a loved one, going away for the holidays, or still figuring out your plans, log in to your My NZ Post account and make sure your parcels turn up where they need to.
Provide delivery instructions
Want it left at the back door? In the carport? You can tell us where to leave your non-signature required parcels. Enter your tracking number to get started.
Leave my parcel
Won’t be home to sign for your parcel? Use our Leave my parcel service to give us permission to leave it in a safe place such as ‘by the front door’. Terms and conditions apply.
Redirect my parcel
As long as your parcel hasn’t been loaded into the delivery van, you can redirect it to another address within 75km.
Arrange a parcel redelivery
If you’ve missed a delivery, and received a card for your parcel, you can get your item redelivered to the same or different address.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels?
If your parcel is missing or delayed, or you have received a damaged item, let us know by filling in an enquiry form.

Shop with a UK or USA address
Your favourite brands don’t ship to NZ? Don't worry, you can set up a free YouShop physical address in the UK or USA and we’ll organise to have your parcels forwarded to your NZ address.
Orders must be placed by the specific time agreed between your business and NZ Post, to enable same day/evening delivery. Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the delivery target.
