How to get parcel notifications

Already a business customer?

If you’re a NZ Post business customer, your customers automatically get Parcel Notifications when they use our CourierPost services.*

Not a business customer & sending more than 100 parcels?

If you’re a larger business or require integration support get in touch.

Not a business customer & sending under 100 items a week?

If you’re a smaller business, find out about a business self service account.

*It’s our mission to make sure more of your business’ parcels get delivered first time. Parcel notifications are part of our standard CourierPost services. We will send email delivery notifications to your customers when an email address and or mobile number is included in the ticketing tool (such as eShip). You’ll need to ensure that you get permission from your customers for us to use their data for this particular service. One way to do this is to make sure that your privacy terms allow you to give us your customers’ data for use with our parcel notification service. If you have any doubt, we encourage you to seek independent legal advice. Please be aware you will be automatically enrolled in this service unless you specifically opt out. You can opt out at any time by visiting nzpost.co.nz/parcel-notifications-opt-out or by contacting your business manager directly.
