* It’s our mission to make sure more of your business’ parcels get delivered first time. Parcel notifications are part of our standard Courier services. We will send email delivery notifications to your customers when an email address and or mobile number is included in the ticketing tool (such as eShip). You’ll need to ensure that you get permission from your customers for us to use their data for this particular service. One way to do this is to make sure that your privacy terms allow you to give us your customers’ data for use with our parcel notification service. If you have any doubt, we encourage you to seek independent legal advice. Please be aware you will be automatically enrolled in this service unless you specifically opt out. You can opt out at any time by visiting nzpost.co.nz/parcel-notifications-opt-out or by contacting your business manager directly.
