If mail can’t be delivered to your rural address by a Rural Delivery driver, you may qualify for a free Community mailbox.

Take proof of address to your local NZ Post store and complete PO Box application form. Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our administration team, we will be back in contact to advise your Community mailbox address and provide a key, which gives you access anytime.
Please note: If an alternative delivery address becomes available for you, we may terminate the Community mailbox delivery service by giving you 30 days’ notice.
