Insufficient payment collection
The following fees apply if the actual parcel weight or measurement, or the service requested for it, does not match the weight, measurement or service paid for by the purchased postage:
- Insufficient Payment Administration Fee: $9.50 plus GST, plus unpaid postage
- Courier Pack Underticketing Fee (for items incorrectly labelled as Courier Packs instead of parcels): The difference between the correct size and the labelled size, plus an administration fee of $9.50 plus GST
Dangerous Goods non-compliance
If a parcel containing dangerous goods does not comply with our Dangerous Goods requirements, a non-compliance fee of $9.50 plus GST will apply.
