We can deliver most pharmaceutical and healthcare items for you, however there are a few restrictions and requirements to be aware of before booking a delivery with us, which will help you avoid unnecessary delays:
- The guidelines in the NZ Post Pharma Product specification document must be followed.
- Delivery labels must be created using one of our online labelling tools.
- Your business will need to be approved and registered with the Ministry of Health (MOH) for dispensing controlled substances and prescription medicine.
- We can only deliver exact quantities prescribed or approved for controlled substances and prescription medicine. Quantities dispensed must comply with MOH guidelines.
- Odour and tamper proof packaging is necessary for some specific products.
- We can't deliver prohibited items.
- Our Dangerous Goods policy applies.
- Controlled substances and prescription medicine products must be sent using our signature required and no Authority to Leave services.
