No, ShipperHQ does not negotiate shipping rates or resell shipping services. Merchants must have their own NZ Post account to utilise live rates through ShipperHQ.
First, you will need to download, install or enable the ShipperHQ extension through your platform. For platform specific instructions, read this article from our knowledge based website Connecting ShipperHQ to Your eCommerce Website.
If you haven't set up billing during your 15-day trial period, your account will be deactivated. However, you will still have the ability to log in and set up billing to re-enable your account. Your settings will be saved for at least 30 days if you wish to re-activate. After 30 days of inactivity your account may be deleted.
If your store is using Shopify, you will automatically get charged for a Standard Plan after the 15-day period ends unless you uninstall the ShipperHQ app.
