eShip, the NZ Post cloud-based application, simplifies and automates the process of delivering your online (and offline) customer orders.

eShip integrates with common eStore systems, accounting and ERP software. It also synchronises with NZ Post and CourierPost domestic and international delivery networks.

What do you need to get started with eShip?

You will need:

  • A NZ Post, CourierPost or Pace account number - depending on the types of parcel products you are sending
  • Site Code (CourierPost only)
  • Your parcel rates loaded in our systems (CourierPost only).

As an existing customer your Account Manager can set all of this up for you.

Want to sign up to eShip but don't have an NZ Post, CourierPost or Pace business account? Fill in the online form for our Sales team to contact you to sign up.

Next steps

  • Already have a username and password for NZ Post? If yes, sign into eShip.
  • No NZ Post username and password? Click here to register with NZ Post. You will then be passed on to our eShip service to sign in using the same email address and password.
  • From your eShip Welcome page, set up your billing account and select your pricing tier. We will send you a welcome email with some useful reminders for your account set up.
  • Complete your eShip account set up by entering your NZ Post, CourierPost and Pace account information and integration details.
  • You will receive an email confirming the verification of your account information and integration details within 24 hours.
