Our plan is to deliver our customers postal and banking services in ways that better meet there needs – this includes in store and digitally.

Our customers are changing the way they use our postal and banking services.  Our store network is changing to reflect that and to grow Kiwibank and deliver other parcel and postal services in a modern way.

We are committed to providing 880 “points of presence” in communities. These will include Kiwibank and PostShop branches owned and operated by New Zealand Post Group and others owned and operated by businesses in local communities under franchise agreements.

Our physical presence in communities will be complemented by other technology solutions including online, phone and other digital options.
