NZ Post price changes for Mail Holds and Domestic Mail Redirections

NZ Post advises customers that from 21 April 2026 prices for Mail Holds and Mail Redirections will change.

From 21 April 2026 customers can expect some changes to prices for Mail Holds and Mail Redirections. Full details of the changes can be found here.

As part of this change, NZ Post will no longer offer free 4-week Mail Hold or free 2-month domestic Mail Redirection for Seniors and instead, a 50% Senior discount will apply across all Mail Holds and domestic Mail Redirections.

NZ Post acknowledges this change may be inconvenient for some customers.
