Flexible logistics tailored to your business
End-to-end delivery
We provide fully managed end-to-end logistics solutions across the entire supply chain. This covers origin pick-up, freight management, customs clearance, tracking, and end-mile delivery.
End-mile delivery only
If you prefer to manage your own freight arrangements, we can provide customs clearance and end-mile delivery services as a standalone solution. Ensure your parcels reach customers efficiently, reliably, and with full visibility along the way.

Further information for sending
If your item goes missing or gets damaged, you may be entitled to cover and compensation subject to your compliance with our terms and conditions. Learn more about cover and compensation.
Customs management is one of the services NZ Post can offer as part of our global trade solutions.
However we encourage customers to also do their own research to ensure items being sent are not prohibited or restricted in the country you are sending to. You can check with the Customs and/or agricultural/quarantine authority of the country concerned, contact the local Consulate or Embassy representatives, or visit the overseas destination's customs/border agency website.
See the latest updates on new customs requirements affecting low‑value parcels for overseas destinations.
For the purposes of delivery targets, the day in which the item is accepted by us is day zero.
You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the delivery target specified. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target.
Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held by customs, may take longer. For information on our delivery targets for international destinations, view our guide to World Zones.
The standard terms and conditions of the products and services offered by New Zealand Post Limited, including information on the extent of our liability, are set out in the Public Contract and the Postal Users' Guide.
Some offshore products and services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where applicable, these will be provided as part of the product proposal, service agreement, or onboarding process.
Ensure your items are safe to send with NZ Post by checking our prohibited and restricted items list.
We also recommend checking the sending restrictions for specific destinations. This content is regularly updated when new restrictions are introduced.
