Our Courier service allows you to send items to every residential or business street address, PO Box or Private Bag in New Zealand. All items are tracked on an overnight or economy service¹ with the option to request a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Your customers can choose to have their parcel left somewhere safe at the delivery address without a signature.
Recipients can opt to have their parcels delivered to another address within 75km of the original, or a Collect my parcel location.

Customers who choose to have their parcel left in a secure location will now also receive photo proof of delivery.

1. Delivery timeframes apply once the item has arrived in New Zealand and is cleared through Customs. Applies to major towns and cities only. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer.

When sending bulk business mail, your item must comply with our Bulk Mail Envelope Layout Standard to ensure they are processed with maximum efficiency.
