Our services for sending to New Zealand

Courier

Our Courier service allows you to send items to every residential or business street address, PO Box or Private Bag in New Zealand. All items are tracked on an overnight or economy service[1], with the option to request a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Our Courier service also offers you and your customers a wide range of options, including:

  • Parcel Notifications - keep your customers updated with progress on their parcel with notifications by email/SMS
  • Saturday Delivery[2] – give your customers the choice to have their parcel delivered on a Saturday
  • Collect my parcel – your customers can have their parcels delivered to one of over 380 Collect my parcel locations
  • Leave my parcel - your customers can give us permission to leave their parcel somewhere safe at their place to ensure delivery first time
  • Redirect my parcel - your customers can also redirect their parcel to another address within 75km.

[1] Overnight and economy delivery timeframes apply once the item has arrived in New Zealand and is cleared through Customs. Applies to services to most major towns and cities only. Delivery to and from some towns and cities and to and from rural or remote areas may take longer.

[2] Saturday delivery dependent on what day the parcel has been released into our network.

Delivers to: street addresses, rural addresses, NZ Post PO Boxes & Private Bags 

ReplyPaid

Encourage customers to respond to your business mail with the postal version of a freephone number.
