New Zealand Change of Address (NZCOA)

With the NZCOA you can keep in touch and reconnect with customers even when they’ve moved house or changed postal address.

Selling to existing customers is far cheaper than finding new ones. But with over 400,000 people moving each year, it can be a challenge keeping in touch.

That’s why you need the NZCOA database - the accurate and up to date information for correcting and verifying your direct mail address lists.

The NZCOA draws data from the NZ Post redirection service. As well as helping you keep in touch with customers, it can also help manage the amount of ‘Gone No Address’ mail you receive. New Zealand is home to a highly mobile population, so returns are a fact of life. However, by utilising the NZCOA we can help identify potential problems and may be able to help fix them, thereby reducing the amount of time, money and opportunities wasted on ‘Gone No Address’ mail.

Pricing

Our license models have the flexibility to suit all types of clients, from service re-sellers, to end-users, and list owners. All licensees provide a monthly audit and usage log to NZ Post, except for Internal Business Licence – Model 1.

* Please note that no amendments proposed by you apply, unless different terms are specifically agreed with you by one of our General Managers.

There is an annual minimum purchase of $2500 (excluding GST) payable on the anniversary of the date of the agreement. Of the amount charged for each record (Bureau Service Provider, Commercial List owner Data Cleansing) you retain 50% of the fee and pay NZ Post Limited the other 50%.
