Guide to network status levels

  Network status Regional pick up Regional delivery
Green = Normal Items volumes and resourcing levels are in line with normal operations. No controls or restrictions in place. Business as usual Business as usual
Yellow = High Item volumes are high and exceeding normal operations. Resourcing is constrained and impacting performance levels. Controls may be implemented. Delayed 2-3 days
Orange = Very high Item volumes are very high and nearing critical levels. Continued resourcing constraints are impacting performance levels. Controls and restrictions in place to manage volumes. Restricted 3-5 days
Red = Extreme Item volumes exceed critical levels. Workforce restrictions and continued resourcing constraints will see the crisis plan activated to manage network volumes.​​ On hold 5+ days
