Make a claim

In the unlikely event something goes wrong, when sending with us you're covered for up to $2000 if your item is lost or damaged.

If your item has been lost or damaged, give us a call on 0800 COURIER.

Return a product

You can return tickets or Trackpaks ordered from us within 3 weeks of purchase, as long as they are in an “as new condition”.

To make a return give us a call on 0800 COURIER, and have your order number ready.
