All the convenience, none of the stress

Online shopping just got even more convenient. With our new photo proof of delivery service, you know exactly where your parcel has been delivered, every time.

Introducing photo proof of delivery

We're excited to introduce our new service, allowing you to view a photo of your delivered parcel on our website or Mobile app tracking tool. This service is available on Courier Signature Required (with a one-time or ongoing Leave my parcel set) and Courier Photo Required parcels. No need to search for your package, our delivery partners will take a photo of the parcel in its delivery location.

Transparent delivery

When you can't be home to receive your parcel, a clear photo proof of delivery gives you peace of mind that your parcel has been delivered, and you know exactly where it’s been left.

Streamlined service

Enhance your Courier Photo Required and Courier Signature Required parcels (where a one time or ongoing Leave my parcel request is set) with visual confirmation. Delivered first time around with visibility of delivery.

Privacy protection

Parcel labels with your information are securely cleansed of any potential identifying features.

Easy to see, easy to use

Where your expected online purchase is being sent on a Courier Photo Required or Courier Signature Required service (with a one-time or ongoing Leave my parcel authority), a photo will be added to your tracking information as soon as your parcel has been delivered. Simply use the tracking tool on our website or Mobile app to view your photo proof of delivery.

Extra safe, extra secure

Your safety matters to us. That's why only you and the sender will be able to access the photo of your delivered parcel - via your tracking info. Our photos are automatically blurred, using software which conceals label details and any other identifying information.

You have full control

Your privacy is our number one priority. You can remove the photo of your delivery from our tracking tools via our website or Mobile app at any time.

Simply fill out a photo removal request form, and our Customer Advocacy team will be in touch soon to confirm the removal.
