Inflight redirections & charges
Sometimes plans change, and you need your parcel sent somewhere else. We can help with that through our inflight redirection service.
Why the inflight redirection charge is being introduced
From October 2024, we introduced a small charge for redirections made while your parcel is on its way. This helps us keep the service sustainable so we can continue delivering what matters to you.
We’ve now made it easier for business customers too - you can choose to have these charges billed to your account when booking through our Customer Care team.
