Address Data Cleansing Service
The Address Data Cleansing Service runs your address database and matches it our master source data, adding new or correcting data elements when an invalid address match is found.
The cleansing process involves taking a supplied address database and passing it through our validation application to determine the address accuracy percentage (AAP) and perform an audit on gathered results. Any invalid address records found will be given a new output, appended at the end of each record. The output provides the incorrect address lines and/or postcode, along with the cleansed results and the new AAP score.
Ideally the address database is supplied as a TAB delimited text file containing the address lines, postcode and unique identifier.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST.

Please note should the cleansing process not attain the required AAP, manual cleansing can be undertaken. This is charged at $150 + GST per hour as this is labour intensive and requires in in-depth knowledge of addressing standards and requirements.
