For sending to the US, the offer is only available for gifts that do not exceed a total value of $150NZD and a digital customs form must be completed, therefore some stores are not able to send to the US.

The offer only applies to parcels weighing up to 1kg (including packaging); and packaged to meet our criteria for maximum dimensions for our Economy service. Standard rates will apply to parcels that weigh over 1kg (including packaging). The maximum dimensions for parcels sent using our International Economy service are:
