Business pricing and product changes from 1 July 2026

Like many businesses, we continue to see rising costs, amongst other pressures. We remain focused on strong network performance, processing capacity, and dependable delivery for your customers.

It’s our responsibility to continually deliver commercial returns and a strong, reliable and more sustainable delivery service for New Zealand, and we do need to review prices regularly and adjust accordingly.

We are making some changes to our pricing from 1 July 2026. These changes mean we can continue delivering a resilient, reliable service as operating costs rise. We understand any price adjustment impacts our customers, and we do not make these decisions lightly.

We encourage you to review your pricing schedule carefully or get in touch with your Business Manager to understand how these changes may impact their business.
