You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.

Requirements for sending Passports to India using International Express Courier:

  • Shipments must be addressed to an Embassy /Consulate/Regulatory body.
  • Shipments must travel as a “Non Document” with an official letter to accompany it.
  • Value is of the goods must be the stated as the replacement value of the passport.

**Russia

Requirements for sending parcels to Russia using International Express Courier:

Parcels (gifts, merchandise or samples) sent to Russia using International Express Courier service can only be sent if addressed from a business in New Zealand and consigned to a business in Russia. We cannot accept parcels addressed from or to individuals in this channel to Russia. Documents can still be sent from, or to individuals using this service.
