Business pricing and product changes from 1 July 2025

As New Zealand's favourite courier provider,* we are committed to delivering innovative services and a resilient network that supports your business and your customers. In order to continue doing this we need to make some changes to our pricing.

With evolving demand for parcel delivery and the continued decline in mail volumes, we’re also facing higher operating costs across both mail and parcel services. To maintain our service quality amidst these fluctuations in the market, we’re adjusting the following product and service prices from 1 July 2025 (unless specified otherwise).

We encourage you to review your pricing schedule carefully or get in touch with your Business Manager to understand how these changes may impact your business.
