Sending by CourierPost Economy
For parcel delivery Island-to-Island by courier to any residential or business street address, New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag allowing up to three working days delivery.
Sending by CourierPost
To send your parcel by CourierPost, you need to have one of the following:
- TrackPak – Non Signature Required Bag
- TrackPak – Signature Required Bag
Ticket options (to apply to your own pre-packaged item):
- Non-Signature Ticket (s)
- Signature Required Ticket (s)
You can book a courier collection online or by phone. If you’re a CourierPost Business Account customer you should attach the appropriate tickets to your item and contact us to have your item picked up. The cost will be charged to your account.

If you already have a Courier ticket for your item, you can book a pickup to have your item collected and sent across New Zealand
Parcel weight and tickets
With the added security of tracking and a signature on delivery option, the charges for sending by CourierPost depends on the size and weight of your parcel and its destination with the option of signature required upon delivery.
Each base ticket has a maximum weight limit. If your parcel exceeds the weight on your base ticket, you need to add excess tickets to cover the extra weight.
