The Change service is provided by New Zealand Post.
You may arrange for items sent via our postal network to be held at a PostShop or PostCentre for collection. Items addressed only to a town are treated as addresses for Counter delivery.
Your mail will be held at a New Zealand Post branch for the period specified by you (up to a maximum of 12 weeks in total including extensions).
Leave my parcel is where a recipient provides authorisation for New Zealand Post Limited, Express Couriers Limited (CourierPost and Pace) representatives and delivery agents (“Representatives”) to sign for and leave a parcel without obtaining a signature at the time of delivery.
Terms and conditions for PO Box and Private Bag services. A PO Box or Private Bag is the secure and convenient way to have your mail delivered.
The notification service provides you with an email alerting you to the presence of a mail item in your PO Box.

New Zealand Post Limited offers the Redirection service to individuals and business customers temporarily or permanently moving address, so mail addressed to your old address will be delivered to your new address.
If you live in rural New Zealand, Rural Post can deliver your mail and CourierPost items as well as provide a pick up service for outgoing mail and CourierPost items, free of charge.
